The courtesy breakfast is one of the best ever in any hotel. The room was up to date, everything was brand new, the tv, the walls, the bathroom and the multiple usb plugs to charge cellphones was a big plus. The elevators are one the biggest and fastest ones ever and the unlimited 24 hours coffee bar was amazing.

The room was very nice ,comfortable and modern.. the bathroom was great, as well as the mini kitchen area. The outdoor pool area was very nice. I enjoyed the breakfast time, too. The location area was fabulous and very convenient to walk to the River walk and many other wonderful venues on the street level. Pricy but a very good hotel.

Customer Service Team wonderful 👏🏼 shout out to front desk clerk ANTHONY who was very welcoming, also a shout out to a wonderful Housekeeping attendant OLIVER, who had wonderful customer 😀 service. Cleanest hotel we have had yet. 💫

Breakfast was very good with a nice selection, but very crowded and everyone was waiting for the waffle machines. Very clean and updated. Room was a very good size, with a desk and sofa, nice bathroom area

Front desk and overall staff was very courteous. The room was clean, close to the pool and workout area. The breakfast offered a variety of options which was great. We used the valet parking offered by hotel and it was pricey, but convenient since there was construction.The hotel was close to the Riverwalk and within walking distance to many other attractions.

This Hotel was very clean and staff friendly. Loved the pool the most and breakfast. Great location on the river walk, and valet was awesome. Definitely going to stay here again!! :)

I liked that the hotel was clean and safe. This area of San Antonio is a distance from the mall and convention center - but it was still close enough for convenience (no need to use the car).

The staff at this hotel was exceptional! Everybody was so friendly and helpful. From the staff at the front desk to the staff outside the front door. Always had a smile on their face and always greeted you. The breakfast in the morning was good.

Breakfast options were good, especially having two sides to the dining/food area. Mostly the same items available in both, though one side had a regular toaster and the other used a conveyor belt toaster. Good location right on the Riverwalk and within walking distance to stores.
